Just to give you some perspective, I selected this afternoon.

My Hokie Club ranking is 630. There were almost no seats below the portals in the sections facing the court and none on the aisle from which to choose. Seats on the aisle below the portals were available in the corners and as well as a few behind the backboard. I ended up going with seats in Sec 10 Row H in the middle of the row. I was surprised at how limited my choices were given my ranking
