My point was that most seem to allude to some tremendous
amount of experience against SEC style defenses but the facts do not support that position.
He might be a great QB, but he was apparently not able to separate himself from a similar QB going into his sophomore season and did not start the beginning of the year for what ever reason. He did have some success once he was playing but the suspension soon followed and he has not played in an actual game since that time. Just an observation to balance the praise that has been heaped on Grier from multiple sources.
