Tampa Bay Times: How the ACC became college football's best conference

Some positive press out of Tampa, which isn't a usual source for much ACC press. I'm used to Teel articles like this, Mike Bianchi articles, and from North Carolina media, but Tampa?

This writer gives a lot of credit to Dabo Swinney. He thinks Dabo not only upgraded Clemson, but the entire ACC.

Good read. It's nice to get some recognition. The ACC has some tough games to open 2017 to try to stay on top though.
