Are VA State supported school's Athletic Fees some of the highest in the

nation? UVA and VT are #1 and #5 in total money collected from athletics fees among the P5 reported In your "Power 5 Finances, Per-School Averages, 2005-2016" table but both schools are among the lowest in the state according to that graphic?
