ACC-Big East Basketball Officiating Alliance Adds 4 more Conferences.

When the ACC, Big East, Atlantic 10, and CAA set this up last year I thought it would be interesting to see how it worked out. Apparently they think it worked well because the Big South, Ivy League, Northeastern, and Patriot League are joining this year. It is supposed to create more consistency in training and save money in cost of travel, recruitment, evaluation, etc. Now we are up to 8 conferences in it.
If this continues to work well, I wouldn't be surprised to see the American, Sun Belt, C-USA, MEAC, MAAC, and even maybe the Big XII wanting to join particularly if it saves expenses.
