They wanted sec network stabilized and proof of concept before acc- they had to ensure financial model worked to all parties

Acc and espn both worked as partners on getting this out.
Acc and espn are really strategic partners not acc going out to bid-

This is very large undertaking - have to generate original content 24 hours a day 365 days a year - the schools have to build and staff to espn network hd standards and proceedures to produce content from 15 sites and athletic venues needed to lighting and setting to meet national hd broadcasting -

This is not raycom
