Blue Ridge area is, but Tidewater region, you can golf year round, unless


you are wimp. :-) Still agree Louisiana has a milder January and February and early March.

However, I have traveled the country and there is a big difference between up north (Boston, Up State NY, Northern Indiana, Wisky, Minne etc.) and the Blue Ridge area in Virginia. In the Blue Ridge you rent the snow for the winter for days at a time, but in those other states you own it. :-)
