Interesting, but I still believe that the decision on whether


a state uses capital punishment or not should be left up to the people in that state. If a state decides to use capital punishment, then it should not be taken lightly (or the decision made emotionally) and that the state is 100% sure it is executing the right person. If the state makes a mistake, then it cannot be undone and no way for the state to make up for ruining an innocent person's life (including the family).
