Things like that tend to be custom designed by a marketing group

for a specific customer.

While it isn't copyrighted or trademarked, it is likely still considered proprietary. If people can download it and use it to their heart's content, then it won't be distinctive anymore.

Annoying, but I think I understand why they do it.
