For sure. Many VT fans said this when BC was added and later w/ Pitt/Syr

They don't carry jack and the thought of using them for their states' cable hookups was a very shortsighted thought. Not saying that is the only reason they were added but I know a lot of us were collectively shaking our heads at this talk. Heck, we are still reading about the ACC's footprint for the ACCN. It may help for a few years.
