However, a lot of students will ride the buses to the stadium and then walk a couple of blocks and have a huge out door party all during the game,

Witnessed it a few years ago when Pitt put visiting RV's in this huge lot a couple of blocks from the stadium. On game day, at the far end of the lot, some outfit provided ice, beer and music. The lot was full of students.
