Big XIi contracts are terminated if below 10 members.

So would have to have 2 more added. That's what happened last time. 4 left, but they had to add 2 to get back to 10.

But the Grant of Rights keeps the current members together until it ends. There would need to be votes to change the GOR for anything to happen before 2025.
