Yes they care about. Auto also more than anything else. Have they qualified already? I dont know....usually winning States is the best (and easiest) way to qualify for Nationals. Regardless travel programs usually promote State Championships and National positions as prtnof their marketing so for the Starz not to be VA state champs will be a negative for the organization regardless. My bigger point/question is about some over zealous thoughts on here recorded from watching Virginia HS games. Anyway as I said hopefully since the team is dominated by future VT recruits hopefully several of them were missing and regardless hopefully have better success versis higher competition later this summer.
