Unexpected I'll say, if only because of the recency effect

When you step back and truly look at all of the information that was available at the time of the game, the information was there that they could turn it around at any time. But there was a little bit too much focus on a few injuries and the most recent game they had played. Not enough focus on it being a Paul Johnson coached team. Of course, no one knew the skillset that the backup QB possessed once tweaks were made to tailor to that skillset.
