This is also a function of this generations lack of interest in starting with a "Job" and working their way up to a "Position". I have found over the last 15 years of hiring kids out of College that most of them think they are owed a "position" by the grace of God and are not willing to start at the bottom and work their way up. They would rather live in Mom and Dad's basement and hold out for a management job (cue the Cousin Eddie jokes) than move out, struggle for a while until they can land on their feet. I usually don't like to generalize, but this dynamic is becoming almost universal with today's college graduates. The entitlement generation is running rampant...(now I really sound like my Dad).
