I'm pumped for Szefc. I think most impressive of his work at UMD was the

level of consistency he reached. It wasn't load up on seniors every couple years and make a tourney run, it had become yearly. Hopefully the same can be done here.

**Not a knock on Hughes, just comfortable with the guys we got.
