Think you are probably correct on this. Loserville to


the ACC is a good example of this. In WVU's case, fan behavior would probably be the highest hurdle to overcome. WVU has its bright academic stars as most schools do, just not as many on a proportionate scale to Its total university student population as the top 100. Its educational mission is somewhat different than the ACC schools, except maybe Loserville.
