Which in turn makes one foot halfway out the door. He's made us into a tournament team, the next step (still Herculean) is to make us a perennial second weekend contender. The next step after that is final four contender.

He will probably give it two years or so to see how far we get. If we continue on our current trajectory he will have his choice of 99% of the jobs in the country. I think he could jump to a premier program at some point or just get into TV. I don't think he will still be a head coach in ten years.
