I believe Mason was making in the range of 165k base salary.


Even if they bump it up to 200k it would be hard to attract big name Head Coach from successful big conference. Stiffler, Finwood, Bragga (Tenn Tech) fir the mold of Babcock's previous hires. Successful HC coach from lower conference.
