have been close to Top 20. The team rankings only go that high, that I could find.
But WVU was #20 and they had one 4-star and two 3-stars. That is the same thing that VT had, so our ranking within those stars had to be lower. But since then, Sheppard was raised to a 5-star and Brooks has added two Juco players that are very highly regarded.
WVU added one very highly regarded Juco as well. So, at the very least, VT is recruiting Top 20 level, imho.
