I think all 4 will take a couple duds.


I do feel they will work together on it. For instance, UCONN might not be the most appealing option, but it will benefit the entire system to continue to have that presence in the NE. Also feel some state schools like UNLV, New Mexico, Boise etc will be considered to keep college sports relevant in those states. Those state schools will have legislative/political help too.

If they want in, I think the academies end up there as well. Of course, they may just tap out.

And I'm not so sure any of that's a bad thing. People in Connecticut, Idaho, New Mexico, and Nevada watch Bama and Ohio State on TV.

I actually think the ACC does pretty well. If four are added, the ACC is the logical landing spot for ND, WVU, UCONN, and Navy. Remember, if the number is 18 each, even the SEC and B1G will be forced into a couple of less than desirables.
