At some point, I think they need to invest and take a risk.

I understand that no one adds value now. But how do they expect a school to gain value if they can't get any traction in the G5?

I'm not sure what move to make, but they should maybe consider getting into florida or California. Maybe Vegas. After A&M and Nebraska leaving, they have no tradition and gravitas as a conference to fall back on.

Make a move. Go big. If it doesn't work, what is there to lose? The conference is dying on the vine anyway.

Maybe UNLV, BYU, SDSU, Fresno, USF and UCF. Be the first to 16 or something. Other nice candidates too. ECU, UNM, CSU.

I don't get the need for Houston though.
