I don't remember him making a lot of statements about his contentment with life at VT but I could be quite wrong. I seem to remember someone posted in the fall he was not thrilled? Maybe he hated it here and said "I'll take my chances, this sucks here".
Another reason could be grades/eligibility?
I'm trying to make sense of the disaster and those two reasons fit especially the first. Just speculation mind you.
Don't want to believe it was just another youth dissing the wisdom of his elders. Perhaps we will never know but this will be discussed among Hokies for a decade, its Shyrone Stith on steroids. I don't enjoy watching disasters, man, one more year would have been great for him and great for VT, but if you hate it here...
