Nah, it's too close to DC, yet not DC


The metro is a mess. The campus is nothing special and UA might provide unis but it's busy building its new headquarters in Baltimore, building essentially a whole new city. It's not going to throw significant money to rebuild UMD until that project is finished (talking 20 years).
