If you're sitting at the table playing Texas hold'em with you friends

and one of them gets caught cheating, what do you do?

If you're are in on a cruise ship playing Texas hold'me with a bunch of strangers and one of them gets caught cheating, what do you do?

Each scenario probably has a different outcome. But if my friend is cheating, I should forever remain skeptical and proceed with certain guidelines in place. If the stranger is cheating, he is banished forever.
