College sports in Boston is the Bean Pot.

Harvard participates in that as well as Boston College. I don't know how the ACC can be a participant in that because it is hockey. But BC should work on pushing for a Bean Pot for basketball. But they need to do a lot of work on basketball to improve their team. In football they won a bowl game this year. I'm not sure how they gain a lot of traction in the ACC Atlantic though. It's brutal.

UConn would be a good add if the ACC wants further traction in New England. The issue is BC isn't New England and UConn isn't New England. There are 6 states in New England. Neither would be able to call themselves New England's team.

But I like the marketing campaign by BC to try to get the brand of Boston's college team.
