Don't think ACC championship games have squat to do with the NCAA

The NCAA hands out "post season" assignments. The NCAA can determine where they want tournament games to be played, but that has squat to do with a conference's decision on where they want to play their games.
Moving the ACC Championship game out of Charlotte was solely a ACC move to protest the law. Not having NCAA tournament games in NC was the NCAA's decision.
