Very valid point. That could easily happen since big networks control...


the agenda. On the flip side, many state legistatures may file antitrust-type suits against the power conferences. I could see UConn, New Mexico, Hawaii and maybe WVU (if left out) filing suits. I could also see schools like Ok St, KSU, ISU, CSU and other non flagship (but large state universities) forcing their fellow flagship schools to make them a part of a deal or otherwise file similar suits. That's the only rub I see. But... big money and big business rules the day. So you're probably more correct with your thinking.
