I agree. It puts refs in a tough situation. At what point do you call a


stall that will change the match? If the wrestler who is up a point is literally running away than yeah sure. If the wrestler who is up isn't shooting, but is doing a good job of keeping his hips back and sprawling? I've seen those called, and to some extent I get it, but it is such a subjective rule. Not that it isn't necessary.
