Personally I feel stall warnings need to be considered in context.

Tie or one point match in first period does not qualify. Down 3+ pts and backing up to avoid another TD is justifiable. Heck any tie match should not justify a stall call at any time unless someone is trying to get out of bounds to avoid giving up imminent points that would otherwise decide the match. Usually stalls are sometimes evident at the end of 2nd and almost always obvious in the 3rd. Here I think a stall call should be called quicker than they are.say 20 sec count for any aggressive wrestling move. Sometimes the early calls baffle me.and sometimes the time between calls in the 3rd are equally baffling.

I hate the back-up=stall call..it needs context.
