Why is VicTory/DonorNet off 2,605 from "Drive for 25" numbers??


VicTory/DonorNet is showing 8,612.

Drive for 25 is showing 11,217


My guess would be DonorNet is showing only those who have made an active contribution in all of 2016 or up until March 15th of 2017 (active until the 30th).

Drive for 25 must be using some old numbers?
