ranked somewhere in the Top 10. UMD probably doesn't deserve to be a #1 seed. UConn, Baylor, Notre Dame, and South Cackalacky are all deserving of that #1 seed. Duke, Mississippi State, Stanford, and Oregon State are the #2 seeds. I am confident that Duke and Stanford probably deserve the #2 seed. I am not that familiar with Miss State or Oregon State, but I do know Oregon State had a really good year. Maybe someone could make a case for swapping Miss State and UMD.

However, even if a case (outside of just the RPI) could be made that UMD deserves a #3 seed, then place them in another bracket. FWIW UDub, FSU, and Texas are the other #3 seeds. Also, UConn and UMD played during the regular season with UConn winning 87-81. UMD's only other loss was to Ohio State (98-87).
