This fundamentally goes against everything these guys have been working for since they were kids. Throwing a wrestling match is not in their nature or anyone who has ever been a competitive wrestler. The team trophy is important to all of them, but make no mistake...every one of them would trade the team trophy for an individual championship. Wrestling is essentially an individual sport and the team glory definitely comes second. If it were not the case, DM would be wrestling for the team right now. I don't blame him one bit for holding off and healing 100% to try to make a run next year.
