Sung is doing a great job in his first season...


but I expect a few bumps in the road this season. Elon pretty much shut down our top scorers in their OT victory. UNC, Syracuse, and Notre Dame are strong programs. I'm interested to see how we deal with those teams and their talent and depth. I think we have a good chance to defeat UVA and Louisville this season. I'm impressed with the way the girls bounced back with Top 20 wins after losing close games.

4 ACC wins gets us in the NCAA tournament. Our strength of schedule is very good right now with 4 top 20 teams played. Over the years, I watched fledgling programs like USC, Stanford, Florida, and Northwestern develop into Top 20 programs within a short period of time. Louisville has experienced success in a short period. I believe that Tech can do the same. The problem with our program was the previous AD didn't really care about developing an ACC caliber program. Hats off to Whit for caring.
