By the same token.....

if your wrestling posts are any indication, you're extremely knowledge in all aspects of your vocation. Whit hasn't managed a wrestling program and probably has probably learned a little from his interactions his Dresser and even more in his exit interview. But dude knows how to hire, and hire well. So going through the process will be helpful for him to learn what infrastructure needs to be there.

I agree that the LOI timeline may necessitate a quick decision. I also think we're going to have attrition, regardless who is named.
