First of all, I like Robie. I believe he is head coaching material. I know he was a head coach 10 years ago, and he has passed on a couple of HC offers since.

My question is...is he a coach that can lead our program to even higher heights that Dresser had now? We need much more than a competent coach to lead the wrestling program to where we want it to go. Robie is a competent coach. Can he do even more and lead us to higher heights? Can he be a salesman supreme? Can he grow the SE Training Center? Dresser was well respected and had a following while he was a HS coach. Does Robie?

I hope Whit takes all that and more into consideration. If he decides Robie can do all of that, then offer Robie. Otherwise, Whit needs to find the right high potential guy. I don't want just a competent coach.
