Maybe Robie or Zadick, but

Whit should consider other possibilities in addition to Robie and/or Zadick. He needs a great long term program builder. Robie and Zadick are good coaches, but are either one the right coach for a long term program builder, one that can take what Dresser built to the next level? I don't know enough to say they are or are not.

Maybe Robie or Zadick would be the guy, but I am not exactly sure. We have to trust Whit on this.
