Roanoke? Richmond? You must have no idea of arena status in those cities

Not sure how you could possibly think arenas seating 9-11 or 12k could possibly qualify to host ACCT. And that doesn't even address those arenas quality issues.

Sure, if roanoke or Richmond had a quality 18-20k arena they could entertain hosting. But that situation isn't reality in the next 20 years.

Brooklyns 18k capacity is probably the lowest capacity the ACC would consider for the tournament.
