If I remember right, 11 minutes in is when most teams are the weakest (i.e. most starters on the bench). I think Buzz is trying to start a lesser squad in hopes of hanging tough early and bring in the big guns when the opponent is showing weakness. Usually that happens before or at the under 16 timeout. Last night vs. Miami, we were still tied and Zach & Seth didn't come in until almost the under 12 timeout.
