I think WVU would get a look from the ACC but I wouldn't rule out the SEC

If a Big 12 implosion spurred ND to join the ACC in football, then that dynamic would have a huge influence on other additions in the ACC.

If you know whether and, if so, how ND would change course, then I think you have the answer.
