I felt like that was one of the keys that Beamer really got into with his teams and now it is recognized how important it is. Maybe your daughter is one of the seniors and you are upset, I get it.
But if this team is going to get back up, it will take the Senior Leadership to do it. Despite the movies, the coach can't do it. And my guess, and it is only a guess, is that he is commenting as much on what is going on for non-game days, as he is game days.
This is a tough time for everyone involved, new coach , new system and then a lot of old and new still mixing. Finally, they are having to traverse the toughest conference in America.
It's just going to be a tough time.
