In 2005 we missed our renewal by a few days because we had
a kid on MAY 2nd- renewal was MAY 1st - had other things on our minds- when we called a few days after they pretty much told us TOO BAD - and added smugness. Told us we could buy club seats etc.. we went ahead and kept our crappy new seats and then we bought 4 club seats and we kept them until they reseated the Club seats ( the stupidest thing of all because the price stayed the same)
In summary- they do have horrible customer service, but I wanted the tickets- but because they were awful I felt no guilt when we dropped from 4 club seats and 4 other seats to BLUTARSKY- it's a business- don't expect anything and you won't be disappointed in them
