So, if the ACC picks up Baylor, Iowa State &/or Kansas/KSU we'll be better?

The two top schools, Big-TX & OK, will get into any conference they desire. For some reason, just don't see the ACC in the hunt for those two because of the geographic separation. Only WVU will jump at the chance, and the other 7 will grasp at any lifeline.
