VT paint colors?

I've been given the go-ahead to paint part of the basement in VT colors (bottom half of the wall maroon with four-inch orange stripe on top of that). Our pool table has wine colored felt, so my wife wants to match it as close as possible, but I'd like to use official VT colors (or at least see how that would look).

In the VT Style Guide, it states the official Virginia Tech colors are PMS 208 (Chicago maroon) and PMS 158 (burnt orange). However, I haven't found a way to translate PMS color to a paint formula (even the Pantone site doesn't have that information).

I found Glidden/Home Depot had officially licensed colors for college and pro teams (link to PDF brochure below), but I wonder if they are still available since the listing still has UMd as ACC and the former Big East ('Cuse, Louisville, ND). Has anyone used these? If so, are the colors pretty true?

We usually use Sherwin Williams for paint, so I'm hoping I can find a color formula to provide to them.

I know a bunch of you have painted your man caves in Hokie colors. Can you tell me what colors you used (or the color mix formula)?

Thanks very much!
