You can't underestimate how much the previous coach ran this program into the ground. Weaver kept her around 3-4 years too long.

Wolfe stopped the slide, and got the program headed in the right direction, but he seemed to stall. The program needed another kickstart, and Brooks appears to be the right choice.

Must remember the goal isn't to just have a respectable program, but to win the ACC and beyond...
