That's one of the reasons for launch of the linear channel in 2019, it's going to take several years to build out each campus's broadcast infrastructure.

Each school will probably hire one or 2 people to be the lead play by play for the games produced at that school, but the analysts and reporters will be alumni and/or students in the school's broadcast department.

Once ESPN provides the graphics, mic flags, hats/shirts/coats, it will all look like it is produced by the ACCNetwork. A game produced by BC will look no different than a game produced by Clemson.
