Won't happen because Clemson & FSU won't like having only 6 home games on years they play at USCe, at UF

Play 2 "rivals" each year, then other 8 teams rotate.

Another way would be 16 teams with 4 pods, playing 3 teams within your "pod" yearly, then rotating through the other 3 pods plus playing one other wildcard from the two pods you're not playing. Would guarantee playing every team at least once every 3 years
