Looks like AT&T/Times Warner deal will have larger cable TV implications

considering they are preparing to roll-out a $35 cable package over the 5G network.

I will say - I've just recently cut the cord in October. I was excited about it, however I still have to use Comcast for my internet services. I've been leveraging Sling TV for ESPN (Mainly VT Games) and then an HD antenna for regular television. While I've been overall happy with the experience (had some delays during VT games), I've been unhappy that we're still controlled by Comcast (Internet Services). It is very evident that they are still "managing" the "cord cutters" through high priced internet speed.

If AT&T comes through with 100+ Channels over 5G (depending on the rates) I think it is a perfect work around.

I'm a firm believer that a market with many options provides the greatest value to customers!
