Expansion to date has been largely about fear of losing a target

to another conference. None of the targets that the B12 is looking at are going anywhere, at least any time soon. And there is no evidence that expansion will be any kind of financial bonanza for the existing schools. As such, given all the other uncertainties, it would seem to me to be a real hard sell to justify expanding right now. But that is only rationale thinking!
