Let's wait and see what all that Big 10 money will do ten years from now.

Maybe you and Tranghese are right? Maybe Rutgers hires a new president and AD that want to compete at a high level?

If you go by resources, RU has more "potential" than either UConn or WVU. Like I said, RU just needs to find the right people to compete at a high level. I agree that Rutgers hasn't had the desire to do that during my lifetime. The only fire that they have shown was wanting to be part of the Power 5. They could have said "The hell with big time college athletics" and remained in the AAC or a lower FBS conference.
